When booking the course, a member of our sales team will run through a short Site Survey Questionnaire to ensure the course can be delivered onsite and all relevant course materials needed can be supplied by us. Our IT courses are accredited by awarding bodies and all of our tutors are industry certified so you can have peace of mind with the course being delivered. Step 1: Theory 50%

The training is delivered via presentations and quizzes.

You can emphasis of Step 1 is to learn all of the theory before beginning practical training.

At the end of Step 1 you will sit a short online multiple choice exam to showcase your understanding of the courses before moving onto Step 2.

Step 2: Live lab 50%

Our cutting edge live lab will give you the practical hands-on training that you will require, Live-Lab is real computer networked together and conveniently accessible over the internet.

Our hosted platforms are configured to imitate real world configurations by providing sufficient hardware to carry out tasks, but also test the impact of those changes. From the browser you gain administrative access to the relevant devices giving you complete control to carry out either your own configurations or follow the lab guides to configure specific technologies.
